I bought these for my CRF230F dirt bike to make night riding easier. I had to make custom mounting brackets, but it turned out not to be that difficult. As for my bike - it's a farm bike - and I'm not going to do crazy things like jumping. The headlights are very bright and the suspension is of good quality. All hooked up to the battery with no problems. One thing about the wiring harness that bothered me was that you had to come up with a switch mount solution. I understand that this is a universal thing. So rely on a little debugging and maybe some cutting and soldering to get it exactly how you want it for your application. I have a few comments on the lighting - a mounting hole has been cleaned. The screws sit a little flat in the hole in the lock washer. For the cleaned hole I used thread lock and lost the lock washer and I hope it holds. So far, so good. Mounting screw 5/16s - FYI only. The 18w headlights shouldn't require a stator upgrade for my bike. Illumination angle adjustment is limited. I have mine on the limit and that seems to be enough to direct the currents where I want. Overall I think they are excellent value for money for flashlights and seat belts. They make night driving a pleasure (off-road only - they're not DOT-legal). Hope they hold up! I will update over time.
