I followed the guidelines, but it was too tight and uncomfortable. Didn't even bother trying to work out in it.***Update*** At first I didn't even try to wear this because it was too tight; however, I squeezed myself in it as motivation to not quit. I have worn it now for a few work outs and it's not as tight. It provides some support for when I am running and helps me keep my abs engaged. You can definitely feel the sweat underneath, but that's what it's supposed to do. The company did contact me and offered a smaller size, but right now I am at the point where this fits perfectly. Maybe when I loose a few more inches, I will take them up on their offer.
