It was cute and fun to collect. However, the refills came with a missing part which is a shame as I would have given this product 5 stars. Beverly needs to do a better job of quality assurance and making sure all parts are included with no stains in the plastic and no damage. Another downside to this product is that when the pieces were put together, one of the arms didn't fully engage, leaving a gap between the two pieces. I didn't like the yellow stickers for the ears and feet because they are difficult to stick. them on without a little air bubbles. The eyes and nose/mouth are also stickers, but I don't really mind since I didn't have any air bubbles. A rod to pierce a duck, you will need some strength to pierce it. Aside from a few of these flaws, this product was fun to build, but no instructions were included. I had to look up the instructions myself, otherwise it would have taken me more than 4 hours.
