Review on 🎶 SAREGAMA Carvaan SC01 Portable Digital Music Player - Hindi (with WiFi App, Black) by Nap Olivas

I have nothing to rate. Here I can say that I love music, but the hardware problem. USB connection, when I try to charge the device, the USB cable is kinked on the back of the radio and cannot charge the radio. Louder and quieter clamps and uses force to increase and decrease volume. When I called AMAZON the representative helped me and contacted the supplier and during the phone call when mentioning the above issue the supplier said it was a hardware issue and went on to say yes I will replace the unit . The Revain representative asked me if you would like a refund. I said no and said I would try to see if the device manufacturer lived up to what they said. So I am shipping the unit back via UPS to the address provided by Revain and the address and email verified by the sender and that was I would say late March 2018. No response or replacement so far.
