🎶 SAREGAMA Carvaan SC01 Portable Digital Music Player - Hindi (with WiFi App, Black) Review

bought 2 of these. one for my mothers-in-law and one for my dad for Christmas, one for my mothers-in-law worked great but the one for my dad didn't work. The Saregama radio buttons were not responding. I had to send it back, now I'm waiting for a refund. And I had to pay for the return shipping, which I didn't like either.

Bought for my mom for Mother's Day. She liked it for the concept and the collection of songs, but the product isn't very well made. Stops working after 2 weeks. I saw several reviews with the same complaint. Finally got it back through Amazon. I wouldn't buy it again until the company updates the product to make it more durable. Good idea, but poor implementation by the company.

I have nothing to rate. Here I can say that I love music, but the hardware problem. USB connection, when I try to charge the device, the USB cable is kinked on the back of the radio and cannot charge the radio. Louder and quieter clamps and uses force to increase and decrease volume. When I called AMAZON the representative helped me and contacted the supplier and during the phone call when mentioning the above issue the supplier said it was a hardware issue and went on to say yes I will replace

Terrible quality. I have three because of the music. What's the matter with you people? Can't build a simple music box? The first one broke after seven days. There is no power, nothing. The second one I got had something rattling inside and after seven days the volume knob wouldn't turn. Gifted and pray it works. Is that how it's done in the 21st century? pathetic.

After watching this, I decided to buy it because it's great to hear old songs. The idea is amazing and Saregama's best so far. If you increase the volume above 20-22, it starts to distort many times at maximum, it's terrible even for playback. The front dial is very loose, and a single twist also switches multiple tracks. There is no way to play songs on another device. keeps forgetting the device. Every time you want to play a song, you have to connect it first. Turning Carvaan off and on…

I see all the negative reviews very badly and I hope they don't turn out to be true for me. I'm really in love with this device and if it breaks after a few months of use it would be a real shame :(( I would even say Saregama will play on people's emotions if they give a crappy device that won't last long It's like losing valuable property and that's never a good thing, I mean technology has come so far, isn't quality materials available at a slightly lower price than before?!
