A must have for small businesses

After a big disappointment with used thermal printers I finally decided to buy a new one. It helped that this one is cheaper than similar models and anything I can find at Office Depot. It comes with a flash drive containing the driver software file and an *extremely* helpful installation video. Watch all videos! I sawed down to see everything and was able to set it up with no problems. It prints much faster than any printer I've ever owned and labels come out crisp and centered.
