This printer is my favorite as it requires no ink or toner as it prints using thermal printing. It supports paper just over 4 inches. It can print shipping labels or product labels. The quality is great and you can even print a custom label, which works wonders for businesses. Amazing price and worth every penny.

Not as difficult to set up as I thought. The kit included everything I needed like a USB to USBC converter, a driver for Windows and Macintosh, and a cleaning pad for cleaning the laser head later.

Very misleading with bluetooth! It's bad to assume it will be like a standard wireless printer and be able to print a label just from my phone. NO! In the Labelife printer app, you can only download documents or labels from Facebook, QQ, Skype and WhatsApp. If you want to print a shipping label from somewhere else, you have to download another app, take a screenshot of the label, upload it to this other app, create a new label, import the label, resize it and only then you will be able to print

I bought this printer to replace an old label printer and not only am I glad I bought it, it prints much faster. When loading labels into the printer itself, it holds the label and the side tabs prevent it from moving. After a big disappointment with used thermal printers I finally decided to buy a new one. It helped that this one is cheaper than similar models and anything I can find at Office Depot. It comes with a flash drive containing the driver software file and an *extremely* helpful installation video. Watch all videos!
