I bought this printer to replace an old label printer and not only am I glad I bought it, it prints much faster. When loading labels into the printer itself, it holds the label and the side tabs prevent it from moving. Ever since I've been using it, almost when it first came out, I haven't had any issues with ink or anything skewing on the labels. This printer actually prints much faster than my old one. Not to mention that after downloading the app I was able to easily print labels from my phone. The app is very easy to use and navigate, you just need to make sure your phone is connected to the printer via bluetooth. Whether I'm using my computer or an app on my phone, printing labels with this printer is very easy. I can easily print UPS or USPS labels, they're the only shipping companies I use, so I can't comment on FedEx or others. Even after printing the labels, the ink doesn't smudge if I lift them right after printing. The printer is of excellent quality and whether I'm printing 1, a few or many labels I've had no problems with overheating or label jams.
