I purchased this item unaware that the .030 Lip Seal was repositioned at an OEM shop. The purpose is to seal off an area of the main neck that was not previously used. I had no idea such a product existed but it was just what I needed! Quite by accident I ordered this seal and when I received it I found that I had not checked the P/N. I went to the Fel Pro website and found out about repositioning. It doesn't usually happen to me, but this time I was lucky. And so I pass this knowledge on to you.
