These were fantastic filters when I first received them. For light roasts that I like to brew, much better than Hario filters. However, when I reordered them, I received a different paper weight ("T-92") that will completely stop your pour-over at any reasonable grind size. I guess I have to order from a responsible coffee vendor or directly from the coffee shop from now on.
- For medium roast: *For balance and flavor *Thickness-3: 0.28mm thickness *Density: low Side crepe allows water to flow more smoothly. The surface is the largest among the three types of paper, so the waterway can be maintained to the last even if all the fine powder sticks.
