Update date 11/12/21 Zipper broke after 2 washes. I contacted the company, they don't just sell the cover. What now ? These are 2 pieces of styrofoam that won't stick together because the zipper broke and won't close. I got this pillow because my physical therapist told me to take it. I had knee surgery and for some reason my neck started to spasm. So I had to lie straighter and keep my neck straight. I have a 12" and can use either side slightly lower or higher. I use the bottom. And I don't wake up and can't use my neck because it's so stiff. I just put my head in the middle and it wraps around my neck perfectly. Comes with a removable washable cover. 9th September 2021
