The support team is incredible, they really care about our success as an agency! They are very responsive & proactive in helping us solve problems that we didn't even know needed to be solved yet! We can rely upon their expertise when it comes time for implementation of new tools or technologies within Salesforce. I have never seen such great customer service from any other organization before this one - which makes sense because all employees here work directly under Tom (VP). Highly recommend them if you're looking at implementing some CRM solution into your business process flow/workflow management system. You will need someone who has experience working inside large organizations like insurance companies so there's more room than usual for miscommunication between departments / teams during implementations due to cultural differences etc..
