We were able to get our customers through the process quickly without any issues. The platform was easy to use and it was very intuitive for us to navigate and manage customer records. It is very hard to dislike when you are working with such an amazing team! Some of the reports could use some work but I am sure that will improve over time. We used 4Stop as part of a service we provide to one of our clients. There were several benefits we realized from using this software including improved customer service, better security protocols and faster processing times.
