Quality is unbeatable. I was expecting a cheap microphone, but was pleasantly surprised. Feels solid and well built. Of course, nothing beats the top mics from Kenwood or Motorola, but more than enough. At the other end, the transmission comes out clear. Some of our patrol officers use it with no problem. In terms of durability it's too early to tell, the tire is so good so far (about 4 months).
