It works well as a switch replacement in my old but still good computer case. the power button was ok but the drive button was broken. The hole was exactly ¾", so it fit without the mod. The headlights fitted perfectly, but I had to solder wires to fit rather than use the connector that came with it. Don't forget the heat shrink tubing and I cut off the NC connector .since the connector on the motherboard is not polarized, just happened to me that the common on the switch was high and the NO was ground -Power supply LED connector but the difference between 5v and 12v isn't too big it's a really nice soft blue glow that goes well with HD activity light itself has good latching that's enough ktile feedback to to tell when it will fire and when I tested the LED on my desktop I checked the contact resistance and it was within the noise floor on my bench.Highly recommended for this particular application.
