Addendum: More than 3 years have passed since the application was submitted. The seal didn't hold. Don't bother cleaning your joints to entrust them to this sealant. Definitely not "finally". Original: I used a plain roller to apply sealant. I cleaned the seam with Black Diamond Seam Cleaner. Apply two coats of sealer. It couldn't be easier. The second layer has long been absorbed. I had to wet a couple of areas that still had a puddle of caulk after an hour. Only time will tell how good this seal is. Wipe up spills on ceramic tile with a paper towel. I'll find out after the winter when our dog drags through the mud and snow.
