As described, better fit and finish!

Better than described. Fit and finish are excellent. It actually has tiny spring loaded (I think) balls to prevent rattling. There's some movement when you wiggle it, but I didn't hear or see any vibration while moving. I bolted mine to the seat bracket on the floor of a Jeep Cherokee XJ. There were no surface mount screws included, but all the extra straps listed in the description were included.
