Works great, easy to use. The bag keeps the freezer smells out of it. It helps tremendously with easing migraines. It feels like it thaws a bit quick, but I have two of them now.
- Works great wish it was colder for longer and a little bigger (the ice pack)
- Fits well, comfortable, and helps the headache, but will not stay cold!
