I'm not sure if it's a millimeter off center or if the dowel isn't round.
I will post the picture but when I mark the material then rotate it and do it again it is slightly off center so it should be rotated a 3rd time to see all 3 marks run together , Yes? Oh no. they're all a little upset. I will post a photo also see if I can find the center on the quarter. If that's off too, it should be the tool. I will update this with my findings.
