I ordered and received this bit back in February and didn't have to use it until March. When I first started using it, I found that it wouldn't fit in my SDS-Max Roto-Hammer. After examining the machining of the shank, I found that there were only two keyways machined into the shank. The SDS-Max requires three keyways and two ball bearing grooves to hold the bit in place. I couldn't even insert the bit into the drill chuck due to mishandling. When I used it and noticed it, it was too late to return the product. Make sure to check out the game once you get the beat! Revised Review: The seller contacted me and offered a full refund or replacement. I decided to have a replacement, so everything is fine now. They said the one I received was a manufacturer fault and they would fix it.
