Cheap but boxes don't work, missing red caps and mystery springs

Cheap way to hang a few things but as you can see from the photo the boxes don't fit in a standard board. The plastic plugs on the boxes didn't go through the holes, there were traces of tension on the plastic. There weren't enough red rubber caps in the kit so we hung the unlocked ones on top. The kit also includes Mystery Springs but no instructions for use. I gave it a 1 for "easy to install" because there aren't enough caps and the boxes never install.
