Update 8/6/18: I've only used this cable 3 or 4 times and it's already starting to to take care and knot when I fold it back after use; My guess is that this cord was primarily intended to be pulled straight out and never moved during use, as opposed to the constant moving, tugging, etc that comes with using it for gardening around the house. . ********** ********** This product is thicker and heavier than expected and a larger size than I need for home and garden. In fact, the line is too thick to fit into the "hook" or "lock" of my edge, hedge and trimmer, and so I have to somehow hold the prong in place by holding it there . It's certainly not the line's fault, it's my fault for not buying a thinner line that's better suited for what I need it for.
