Leaked due to manufacturing defect.
It seemed like a good product until the final installation leak test. It dripped slowly from the hot side where the faucet unit screwed into the backsplash flange. After a couple hours of fooling around with replacement washers and tightening/retightening I took the flange apart and found a big thread shaving wedged into the o-ring. Horrible quality control!
