First off if you didn't get the memo these things are adorable and sometimes I think my kids try to fall just to get them. These come in a four pack and are the ones that you can freeze or heat, for the heating you can just place in the microwave for about 20 secs if it's not hot by then place for another 10 seconds but make sure you test it before handing it over to your kid.
