Exceptional value - although no replacement parts

As a homeowner I have purchased and replaced dozens of faucets. I would typically buy Delta or Moen products starting at $200 and have had to replace cartridges within 3-8 years for $30-50 each. Since having this experience of constant replenishment, I've started buying less expensive faucets, assuming that all faucets these days are made in one place - Asia - and I might as well save money as they all need repairs . I can't tell you if this Shaco needs repairing. They talk about being equipped with ceramic valves, just like the high-end brands Moen and Delta. I installed it in our own pool house just a few months ago and every time I use it, it amazes me with its performance and aesthetics. The design of even the smallest details is top notch. The detachable aerator has no stopper, so the water comes out quickly. And even the atomizer has a long, kink-free hose that lets you easily draw it far. I went to Shaco's Home online site and there is no list of parts. Perhaps when you open it there will be another brand of faucet with identical cartridges, although the picture in their description does not match what I saw before. It is also possible that you can buy them if you contact the customer service department. I think that's why I'm taking the time to give them a positive review. It just looks so solid and well made. When turned off, the water stops immediately and does not leak. Everything works better than high-priced competition. And if you need parts, the $40 cost of replacing the entire faucet is less than the cost of Moen or Delta parts. And it's slam dunk. Definitely a star deduction for lack of detail.
