I use the Epson brand-name ink cartridges because my WF-2540 printer doesn't work well with off-brands. I've tried inks from LDInks, ClickInk, refill kiosks, CartridgeWorld inks, and probably a couple more. My printer just doesn't work with them. So, I bite the bullet and pay the premium prices for Epson inks. I usually buy the XL size and never have a problem. In the long run I'm better off spending the money and avoiding problems which seem occur when you don't have time to deal with them. 5 stars for quality and 3 stars for price average out to 4, hence my rating.
