Useless **EDIT** Good customer service
As someone else mentions it advertises a 3/8" door but it is actually a 1/2" door. Tuck it in and it just falls. Anyone who does this must learn to measure. **EDIT** The company contacted me and offered a refund. looks like they have a problem with incorrect product labeling.
