Great for chocolate work.
I use this for chocolate work, and works very well. Sheetrocking.I'd guess it works great, especially with the stainless blade.
- Well made tool and a much better purchase than a cheap knife from a big box store.
- The stainless steel blade may become slippery or difficult to grip if hands or work surfaces become moist or sweaty
