Weight limit 75 lbs. Yes, the description says 300 pounds, but that's with a perfectly evenly distributed weight load that doesn't budge. When you stand on it, your weight takes up about 1/3 of the stepping surface. In addition, its height is 16 inches. Unless you are 8 feet tall, you must transfer 100% of your body weight to one leg as you rise to lift the other leg. Plastic. If you weigh more than 75 pounds, it will break after a few uses.
