It's impossible to describe how exciting it is to capture this quality with a lens at this price. It is not only suitable for portrait photography, but also for video recording. The weight isn't so heavy that it hurts my wrist or that it hurts to calibrate the gimbal. It's very strong, the focus is fast and smooth. Highly recommended if you want to improve your game without breaking the bank. I won't say it's the perfect lens as I know of another that's only marginally more expensive, but it competes well with this one.
