Not worth the money

As a hesitant buyer in the Sports Nutrition category, I decided to try this Amino Acid supplement. As a result of using this product, I found that it is not worth the money. The pros are that it tastes good and contains electrolytes, but the cons are that it didn't provide any noticeable benefits to my health and household. I would not recommend this product to others looking for a high-quality Amino Acid supplement.

Cons

Possible side effects from overconsumption, including stomach cramps and diarrhea.
