I was very excited about this purchase and look forward to improving my grilling and smoking skills. After unboxing the unit everything was ready to set up and I downloaded the app which played a big role in my purchase decision to keep an eye on the condition without having to stand next to my Big Green Egg. I've used it 4 times now and I'm disappointed. to say that one of the sensors used to monitor my temperature in my BGE has already failed. It doesn't register when I turn it on. So even though I have 3 more sensors, we have 3 family members who need different cooking temperatures so I can no longer control the temperature in the pit. This makes me doubt the overall quality and question my purchase decision. To be fair to InkBird, I didn't try to share this experience, but I had higher expectations for the product's lifespan.
