Every once in a while you come across a product that really makes life easier and this is one of them. My elderly mother's tap water is not very good and for health reasons we have to make sure she drinks pure distilled water. Instead of constantly buying polluting plastic jugs, we can use her instead and she doesn't even have to bother lifting a finger. (Even a gallon of water can be difficult to lift with arthritic hands.) I'll be buying another one for camping and one for my sister who also has back pain.
