The reason I am giving this one star is because it is non-refundable. The suit is fantastic and I really wanted it to match my Yorkshire 3# for running around the neighborhood in cold weather. X-small, length as described, 8 inches from neck to tail. Big! HOWEVER, the girth is too large for a slim fit 16 month old. Now I'm stuck with a new coat that my pup will never grow into. $56 including taxes is a steep price. I don't understand why it is non-refundable. The fine print gets to you every time. Not included in xx-small. So you got it. If you want one, I'll sell it for $39.
