The rubber band has to be sewn on!
I needed ballet flats for an adult display case.
What I didn't understand is that the elastic has to be sewn on after delivery.
Pros
- I like shoes, I didn't like sewing rubber bands myself
Cons
- I put it on for the first time and the seams on one of the straps came undone immediately.
