Good product, a tedious installation but not the fault of the product

I had to cut out an old broken wiper assembly with a Dremel tool because it was literally fused to the wiper post. Once I managed to cut through the old assembly it came loose, but I had to be very careful not to accidentally slip and cut something else. Once disabled it was easy to install. Looks nicer than the old one. Seems to be good quality too. I like it.
