Continuous metal and more economical than the name of the brand that offers
The unit is solid metal, comes with a rotating fan top and I expect the rubber covers on the fans can wear out so you will have a good supply of replacement covers. Installation was easy and they provided a tee for cold and hot water. Works fantastic and quickly cleans soap from the inside of jars, jars, bottles and vases. When it knocks, and I don't know if it's different from what Brand Name offers, the water jets rotate with the base, while it has a rotating base. Even if you think you're rotating the glass to hit all the corners, the splashes keep hitting the same spots. The solution would be a device that rotates independently of the water jets. But that is a secondary point. I highly recommend this device after a month.
