Update 02/20/2021 This panel is great. In addition to my weather stations, this panel powers and charges a number of cellular webcams. The use case for this panel is not what it is advertised for and should be updated. I don't use this solar panel to install any kind of security camera, but to power my weather station. The solar panel is the perfect size for my needs, small enough to keep my project size small but big enough to output 5v at 1 amp, ideal for charging 3.7v lipo in combination with TP4056. The panel comes with a solid frame, the wiring looks good. I cut off the end of the USB cable as I didn't need it. The bracket is handy too, but I decided not to use one, instead attaching the panel directly to the weather station body. It's literally a solar panel with +5V and ground, that's it. No reverse polarity protection, no discharge protection, no built-in rechargeable batteries, no charging circuits, nothing. That makes it perfect for electronics lovers.
