Although you can see them in the picture you might not think of those little dents (I didn't). Small ones stick out at both ends of each side. It's not a problem when screwing into softwoods like spruce, but they curl up the metal (aluminum) rail instead of sitting flush so I have to sand them down. They wear off easily. Obviously they are there on purpose but I don't know what it could be.
