Everyone wake up! 2 a.m!

Nice piece for twelve bucks. However, around week 6, around 2:00 a.m., the abutment fell off the door frame as its adhesive separated from the backing. The main unit squeaked and rattled as I frantically searched the carpet for this part, then picked it up to turn it off - after that I had more time to pull out the batteries with a credit card. Yes, yes, there is a tiny switch, but in a moment of stress you don't always have time to remember and think about everything. (Maybe a seasoned burglar would have done that?) The adhesive holding the main unit was too strong to just rip that part off. I have to take care of that tomorrow.
