I bought this camera because I wanted a dash-cam and something that double as a rear view mirror. I love the fact that I have forward and rear cameras. Pros: the front facing camera is super great quality, the mirror/screen it self is very great and user friendly. Cons: rear camera is very bulky for the quality of picture.After using the camera for about 4 months here are some issues I have run into. My biggest issue is after installing the hardwire kit, the camera does not seem to like it (constant power). I started to experience the camera "turning off, restarting" while I'm driving and it is really frustrating. There's times where it would restart every 5 minutes or every minute. I have to switch it from constant power to acc power, which means I lose the "24hr parking monitor". After switching to acc power (power only when the car is on) it seems to like it better, I don't have restarting issues. Now the rear camera is too bulky and the picture at night isn't so great. the lights streak, even after cleaning the lens. I think sometimes my rear camera lens moves out of place and the picture becomes really blurry, which is also frustrating. Rear camera is great during the day, but at night it could be better.
