1) RGB was picky because 3rd party apps like RGBFusion or AuraSync only regularly identified RAM modules. 2) Of course, I go to TeamGroup's own website to download the software I installed. And funny, it throws errors and doesn't work. So I say okay whatever let's get started with the overclocking process. And when I look at and write base values from the bios, I see wrong speeds in this RAM. Confused, I did some research and found that a person could run "CMD LINE" and then type "wmic MEMORYCHIP get BankLabel, DeviceLocator, MemoryType, TypeDetail, Capacity, Speed" - which tells you in plain text what speeds are. 3) AND THEY SENT ME A SUB SPEED RAM (2400MHz) marked 3000MHz which I bought! I'm upset from feeling! 4) A week later, several letters to the company went unanswered. I'll just return it and spend a little more money on a better known brand. Consider yourself forewarned.
