I love how easy it was to set up in my restaurant, allowing us so much more control over our online reservation system. The reporting software can be somewhat confusing at first but once you get used to it everything flows smoothly. Definitely check out their demo as they are very helpful with all of your questions or concerns that come up during setup. When we started using this platform it allowed me to see exactly what guests were looking for by time of day. We also realized that many people would not show until later than expected which gave us some flexibility in scheduling other reservations before them.
