I bought this for our remanufactured caravan. It was packed in a box inside another box (no foam or airbags). The boxes were undamaged, but the corner of the sink was noticeably bent. It doesn't fit right next to my countertop. I plan to return and get a refund. I wish I could buy online from Home Depot and ship the item to my local store as the return process (if required) would be much more convenient. I noticed that many other reviewers commented on the reliability (or lack thereof) of this sink. I have to say that the plastic sink in my caravan feels more durable. I tried to see if I could straighten the folded corner backwards and managed to bend it a bit by hand (I'm a petite woman who often needs her husband's help to open jars). I couldn't get it back to its original condition so it's being returned. So yes, it's very thin. I would be concerned if a dropped plate left dents.
