. only used once but it worked great. I used to use a siphon which was needed.

I've only used this once so far but it worked great. I used to use a siphon that had to be moved up and down to drain the water, it was awful. It's the one where you just tap the lightbulb a few times and it snaps! A few weeks ago I received a question about this product about the siphon not working but I couldn't answer because mine was working fine. til today. So, FYI, when the siphon stops sucking, disconnect the small hose at the end of the squeeze pump. There is a blue plastic "flap" that gets stuck in the open position, resulting in no suction. Just close it and everything should be fine.
