I have 2 bettas 1 in this tank and the other in a 2.5 gallon mini aqueoun. I actually prefer this tank due to the snug fit of the lid and its size, but the filtration system needs an update. I've done 3 water changes and changed the filter cartridge, but the water in this tank gets very cloudy after 1 week. At first I blamed the torn filter that came with the tank, but after rinsing the new one out thoroughly and replacing it twice with 2/3 of the water, the water is still cloudy. I would like to retrofit the filter, but the filter housing is only suitable for this type of filter. It looks hazy compared to the pristine water clarity of the Aqueon mini bulb.
