It's perfect for a special occasion or party
I wouldn't say it's tough enough as an everyday garment, but it's tough enough for a special occasion. I used them for my students to line dance and they all stayed! They were adorable, I'd love to post a photo but I had to blur the faces and I don't know how to do that.
