quality seems ok except my hinge fell out as mentioned by someone else. I put it back in and it works fine. Otherwise, it seems like a solid tool. It's just not worth my time to return it. Also, for my occasional use, there's no point in finding a suitable one for the same price or spending more on a better tool. If I used this daily at work it would be a big problem. However, for the price and my level of use, it feels solid and works great. If you've never used one of these before, being able to really tighten your ties is great. I used different tricks like two pliers - one to pull the strap and the other to press on the base. Thats much better. Next up might be a video about something trivial, experimental, and useless, like how to tighten the zip tie on a full soda can. Will it cut through the middle or will the ends stick out :).
