Simple and easy to use. I read several reviews and this product works great. Several reviews were negative due to the cutter not working properly and some bushings were missing. I found the cutter worked well. I'm sure some materials are easier to cut than others, but I haven't had any problems. I got 3 sockets (upper half) shorter. I guess I accidentally doubled when using a few of them. They are very thin and two can be mistaken for one. Didn't realize my mistake until a few were done. I made 24 in total and each one was perfect. This tool was easy to use. My advice: make sure you hold the punch straight up and down to ensure the first hammer hit evenly connects the bushing. You don't have to slam hard for the two pieces to connect. I highly recommend this product.
