I needed a toilet for a hamster, I found what I needed, but I couldn’t choose the color of the product, so I wrote to the seller to send them blue (there are 3 color variations). They ran into me that "what they chose will come" (although there it was impossible to choose again I say) And they sent a photo of the blue one. As a result, I receive a message about the arrival of some other order with a different number, a different amount and date. It is unclear what and why. As a result, we pick up our order, BUT THAT GREEN came with a disgusting quality of plastic, which is scratched, and even the hook on the sawdust bucket is broken off at the blade. Moreover, the broken piece is not even in the package! As if they were used and sent to me. Definitely not worth your money. The purchase was disappointing, as was the service and communication with the seller.
